If the EU agrees to this ruse they will go down the same path that failed them after World War II. <br />Guest workers programs inevitably include penalties, sanctions against the workers and deportation. The result of this approach was on display recently in France, where rioting migrant youths burnt cars and held a city captive for weeks. Across Europe one sees discontented immigrants, ripe for radicalism. The immigrant communities deserve their fair share of blame for this, but there's a cycle at work. Whenever a society excludes the guest worker, the immigrants reject their societies.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
